***  The camping fees for WEEKLY campsites for 2024 is $175.00/wk off the water and $210.00/wk on the water.  We will take incoming calls only (no texts or facetime) Saturday, January 6th beginning at 9:00am for on water reservations only.  Off the water reservations will begin Saturday, January 20th at 9:00am.  The number to call is 706-994-1533.  Please be patient getting through this, it will take hours to fill the sites.


Chatuge Woods Campground is a 30 acre county operated campground located directly on Lake Chatuge on one of the best open areas of the lake.  Many of the campsites have views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
  • 1 picnic table is provided per site. 
  • Each site has water and electricity.  There are 2 dump stations and 2 bath houses.
  • A 30 ft by 70 ft. picnic shelter with tables is available for campers to use for cookouts free of charge.
  • Dumpsters are provided for trash.
  • Located adjacent to the campground is a public boat ramp with ample parking space.
  • The campground is open 7 months out of the year (April through October).

Camping fees are:
Seasonal ON the lake:   $2,100./season
Seasonal OFF the lake: $1,750/season
RESERVATIONS BEGIN IN THE FALL FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON

Most sites are not on level ground.  Remember to bring any tools necessary to level your RV.
