NOTICE:  SPLOST Dollars at Work
The Towns County Citizens voted and approved a SPLOST tax for the renovation and addition to the existing Towns County Courthouse.  The alternative site for the Towns County Magistrate Probate, Juvenile and Superior Court along with the Court Administrative Offices of Towns County, Enotah Judicial Circuit together with the Towns County Offices to be maintained within the courthouse as provided by law, shall be conducted, and operated at the temporary facilities located at 900 Main Street North, Hiawassee, Georgia (AKA the old Parks and Recreation Building).
