In accordance with House Bill 1207 Section 4-Before printing of official ballots and the final signing of display of the official ballot on the BMD, the election superintendent shall check the ballot proof to ensure accuracy. After the ballot proofing procedures have been completed, the election superintendent shall make available the final set of approved ballots to the candidates for review. Candidates will have 24 hours to verify that their name and other relevant information is properly displayed.
THE OFFICAL BALLOTS FOR THE NOVEMBER 5TH GENERAL ELECTION HAVE BEEN PROOFED FOR ACCURACY. OFFICIAL BALLOT PROOFS CAN BE ACCESSED ONLINE AT http://www.townscountyga.org/board-of-elections---registration.html OR BY VISTING THE TOWNS COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS AND REGISTRATION OFFICE LOCATED AT 67 LAKEVIEW CIRCLE. ANY CHANGES TO BE MADE MUST BE SUBMITTED BY NO LATER THAN 4:30 PM ON SEPTEMBER 5TH 2024.
